This Polish company prop-tech company has been developing the idea of biophilic design in offices for many years. Their mission is to bring nature closer to a human and improve air quality with live plants supported by advanced IoT technology.

The company strongly believes that by combining these elements, they effectively take care of well-being of people. The green environment in the workplace has a positive effect on our health, productivity and satisfaction in life.

Creating safe and healthy interiors in line with the idea of biophilic design requires an innovative approach. The IoT platform with a mobile app is an array of sensors monitoring the office environment and plants condition, providing adaptive, autonomous control. Together with verticality, it introduces more live greenery into offices with minimal maintenance costs. The company's solutions are modular and compatible, thus providing unlimited arrangement possibilities.

They provide architects and designers with tools to create healthy and sustainable work spaces. Many people spend as much as 90% of their time indoors, so interior arrangement is crucial for their physical and mental health. Vegetation changes the space perception. Interiors with plants are considered much more attractive than those that are devoid of them.

The company's solutions increase air humidity, improve air quality and increase work comfort. They have a positive effect on well-being, reduce stress, increase creativity and efficiency. However, the right amount of plants is very important because only then it is possible to obtain a noticeable improvement in the microclimate and well-being of employees.

They are already experienced in cooperation with Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

The company is looking for partners dealing with live plants in building interiors (especially office buildings) to become distributors of the system of living vertical green walls and green furniture, supported by IoT. They are interested in collaboration with partners from the EMEA region.

The company has checked the exact impact of their vertical plant systems on office workers. The research was carried out on our behalf by the Polish Green Building Council together with the Silesian University of Technology:

  • 62% of people noticed an increase in work efficiency and cognitive performance,
  • 84% of employees felt an improvement in their well-being and reduction in stress,
  • 80% of employees felt an improvement in air quality and humidity,
  • 88% of people want to have plants as close to the workplace as possible – up to 2m,
  • 86% of people confirmed an improvement in work comfort.

Their products are easy to assembly and maintain.
