This work contains a selection of key messages and practical recommendations conducted by TACTICS project. This work is mainly dedicated to policy makers but its accessible language makes this document readable for people who are not professionally tied to the “cluster policy sphere.” The key messages are tied to the practicalities and provide context to the ever-changing trends that influence the clusters itself. The text’s main focus is to highlight the usefulness of clusters in regards to them as innovation accelerators and knowledge transmitters in Europe (for SMEs especially).
